Since its inception, FU PROMISE AIR (Tianjin) Compressor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FU PROMISE AIR) has taken “Making Industrial Breathing Cleaner” as its mission. With two decades of intensive cultivation in the compressor industry, it has grown from a small corner of the Tianjin TEDA Microelectronic Industrial Zone into a pioneering force leading the energy-saving and environmental revolution in the industry.
As China’s first compressor manufacturer to establish full-range in-depth cooperation with Siemens, FU PROMISE AIR has always embedded a “green gene” into every link of technology R&D, product manufacturing and service systems. From breaking through the technical barriers of the Siemens ILE0 drive system in the early days, to achieving full compliance with the European IES2 energy efficiency standard today; from supplying its first unit to Tianjin Toyota Motor, to providing more than 2,000 high-performance compressors to over 30 countries worldwide, FU PROMISE AIR’s development path is not only a history of technological breakthrough for Chinese industrial equipment enterprises, but also a green declaration fulfilling its dual-carbon commitment.
Manufacturing Philosophy: Perfect Integration of German Precision & China Intelligent Manufacturing
“Every FU PROMISE AIR compressor is a dual reproduction of design simulation and manufacturing precision.” This is the core principle displayed in FU PROMISE AIR’s production workshop. To ensure accurate realization of technical blueprints, the company has established a dual-track system: full imported supply chain + digital production.
Core components are 100% originally imported from Germany’s Siemens and GHH Group, including precision screw rotors, high-efficiency motors, intelligent control systems and other key parts, avoiding performance degradation that may result from domestic substitution at the source. The production process adopts Siemens digital factory management system, with real-time monitoring of assembly accuracy through more than 2,000 sensors. The vibration value is controlled within 0.02 mm/s, and the noise level is below 75 dB, far superior to the national first-class standard.
In May 2025, FU PROMISE AIR’s new factory was officially relocated. It represents not only an expansion of production space, but a comprehensive upgrade of the manufacturing system. The new factory has introduced world-class equipment such as German KUKA intelligent welding robots and Swiss Hexagon coordinate measuring machines, building a full-process manufacturing closed loop: automatic assembly + digital inspection + intelligent traceability.
With 5G IoT technology, production data is uploaded in real time, ensuring parameter deviation of each process does not exceed 0.01 mm. An independent environmental simulation laboratory is established, capable of simulating extreme working conditions from -50℃ to 80℃ and 95% humidity, with 72-hour continuous operation testing for every unit before delivery.
Adopting the green manufacturing concept, the workshop lighting is fully powered by photovoltaic energy, and production wastewater is recycled after treatment. As a result, energy consumption per unit output value of the new factory has been reduced by 35% compared with the old plant, truly realizing “greening the manufacturing process itself”.
As FU PROMISE AIR’s Manufacturing Director stated: “The new factory is not simply ‘scale expansion’, but a ‘precision revolution’ — we aim to make every compressor leaving here synonymous with zero-defect quality.”
R&D:
Transnational Technology Alliance: Building Green Technical Barriers with Top-tier Partners
FU PROMISE AIR’s technological rise began with a transnational cooperation that disrupted industry traditions. In 2004, while China’s compressor market was still trapped in homogeneous competition featuring low efficiency and high energy consumption, FU PROMISE AIR’s founder keenly foresaw that energy conservation and environmental protection would become the core theme of future industry, and decisively launched technical collaboration with Siemens. This partnership not only made FU PROMISE AIR the first Chinese enterprise to achieve full adaptation of Siemens drive systems, but also established its first-mover advantage in energy efficiency technology.
From the initial application of the Siemens ILE0 drive system to the customized development of the G120Xa dedicated speed control system, FU PROMISE AIR’s technical team and Siemens engineers carried out over 12 years of joint research. In 2018, the two parties formally signed a Joint New Product Development Agreement, focusing on energy efficiency improvement for compressors in high-energy-consuming industries such as petroleum, petrochemicals and steel. Ultimately, they achieved breakthroughs in 32 core technology patents, boosting the energy conversion efficiency of FU PROMISE AIR’s new-generation compressors by 18% above the industry average, reducing unit energy consumption by 23%, and meeting the EU 2025 energy efficiency standard (IES2) five years ahead of schedule.
A landmark breakthrough in technical cooperation arrived in 2024. At the Shanghai Industry Fair, FU PROMISE AIR signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the compressor sector with Inmotors Former Siemens Motors Co., Ltd. This cooperation is not merely a continuation of technology, but a deep integration in motor efficiency and intelligent control. The high-efficiency motors of Inmotors and FU PROMISE AIR’s core compressor technology will achieve gene-level integration. The jointly developed new-generation variable-speed compressor units are expected to further improve overall system energy efficiency by 10% and reduce noise to below 68 dB, providing precise solutions for extreme energy-saving demands in petroleum, petrochemical, steel and other industries.
Regarded by the industry as a powerful alliance between Chinese compressor enterprises and world-leading motor technology, this cooperation marks that FU PROMISE AIR has reached a new height in green technology integration.
Green Technology Label: An Energy Efficiency Leap from Compliance to Leadership
FU PROMISE AIR has consistently led the industry in energy-saving and environmental technological breakthroughs:
• In 2020, the entire FM series achieved
China National Level 1 Energy Efficiency Certification, making FU PROMISE AIR the first domestic compressor brand with full-lineup Level 1 energy efficiency.
• In 2021, the F series passed Siemens global energy efficiency testing, becoming the first compressor product in Asia to meet the
IES2 system efficiency standard. Its variable frequency technology dynamically adjusts output power according to load, saving up to
1.2 million kWh per unit per year in applications such as oil pipeline pressurization and iron and steel blast furnace blowing.
• In 2023, FU PROMISE AIR’s independently developed
Intelligent Energy-saving Control System was launched. Using AI algorithms to match load demand in real time, it further improved the overall energy efficiency of compressed air systems in petrochemical plants by
15%, equivalent to an annual carbon emission reduction of
3,600 tons per plant.
• In 2024, following the cooperation with Inmotors Former Siemens Motors, the jointly developed
Intelligent Collaborative Control System entered testing. It enables real-time working condition linkage between motors and compressors. In pilot projects at Pangang Group, it reduced startup energy consumption by
40% and brought standby energy consumption close to zero.
